The birthing person anatomically goes through many changes as the body readjusts the center of gravity to accommodate a growing baby. Massage can help to reduce the strain placed on many muscles and ligaments during these changes.
Discomfort during pregnancy might need some balancing. Spinning Babies®​ Techniques can be used if required.
